tomato sandwiches

tofu, daiya "cheese", vegan ranch, and heirloom tomato on a rosemary biscuit.

hummus, cucumber, lettuce with vegan ranch, and polenta crusted green tomatoes on sourdough bread.

hooray! we are finally eating heirloom tomatoes from our csa
this is when i start to really like summer.
