this morning, suki was delighted to spend time with her cousin. we do not see her as much as we would like since she moved to another town. this was an extra special day for both of them. they played dollhouse and snacked on grapes while waiting for the rain to stop.
as soon as the sun came out, they gathered their gear and went out to explore.
they found worms, ants,
a few rocks,
moss,
raindrops, and puddles to splash in.
we were then called back in by adam, who had made a special treat to enjoy with some coloring.
cocoa time!
I cannot tell you how many Hello Kitty coloring pages I see, print, color, and get given as presents in a day.

suki refers to every hello kitty as george. it took me a while to figure out why she was always talking about george in the bandaid aisle of the grocery.
