my sister and her twenty month old daughter recently moved to our neighborhood. they now live only one street over, almost directly behind us! we are so happy to have them close.
today they came over to help us make homemade playdough. we used the recipe tracy rose recommended, mini-eco is one of my new favorite sites. thank you, tracy!
we made three natural dyes for three colors; brown using cocoa and coffee (this one smells yummy), pink using beets, and yellow using turmeric.
so much fun forming shapes and spending time together.
