ReplyDeletei spray braggs then sprinkle n.yeast or first squeezed lemon then cumin and cayenne but my favorite snack is "gorp" (i think my mom made that name up now that i type it and say it out-loud) which is peanuts, raisins, and dark chocolate chunks.
still learning about twitter but will tweet you once adept!
a little basic, but we carry around almond/pistachio/cashew nuts mixed with raisins, dried cherries and shredded coconut.

Dried fruit and cereal cookies: I'll send the recipe from home, but it's a combination of whole wheat flour, wheat germ, rolled oats, cinnamon, apple juice concentrate, and chopped raisins and dried apricots.
